Hey girls! Its that time of year again, and we are fixing to hold our free ladies self defense class. It will be on Saturday, October 30 from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
Around the world at least 1 women in 3 has been beaten, coerced into sex, or otherwise abused in her lifetime. Most often the abuser is a member of her own family. (John Hopkins School of Public Health 2000)
Our goal is to empower participants with the resources necessary to recognize and escape from potentially dangerous situations!

Staff Seminar on youtubeThe Staff Seminar was an unbelievably great success! We had more than twenty participants ranging from youth to adult attend. Everyone had a great time and we learned so much. We did get a video made (check it out) but unfortunately we were having so much fun, not much attention was paid to the video, and as a result it’s a bit shorter than what I would have liked. I’m proud of my students!
